Our clean room provides a contamination free environment to lay-up composite materials. It has its own heating, ventilation and cooling system to accurately maintain humidity and temperature. It is a closed room to maintain positive pressure to cycle the air in the room 30 times an hour. Attached to the clean room is a walk-through freezer.

Composite material has a shelf life, dependent on temperature. This configuration allows us to load materials in the freezer from receiving, and draw it out from the clean room without risking contamination.

Cleanroom has a controlled level of contamination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size.
